Oak Park Frosh/Soph Eagles Loses Lead Early in Defeat

Oak Park Frosh/Soph Eagles watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in an 11-6 loss to Ventura Cougars on Monday. Ventura Cougars scored on a double by Thorpe, a single by Everett, and a single by Farrell in the first inning.

Oak Park Frosh/Soph Eagles collected five hits and Ventura Cougars had 13 in the high-scoring affair.

Oak Park Frosh/Soph Eagles got things started in the first inning when Ian Schack singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.
