Simi Valley Junior Varsity Pioneers defeated Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles 11-3 on Wednesday thanks in part to six runs in the sixth inning.

Simi Valley Junior Varsity Pioneers were the first to get on the board in the second when Jarvis hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run.

Simi Valley Junior Varsity Pioneers committed an error, which helped Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles tie the game at one in the top of the fourth.

In the bottom of the fourth inning, Simi Valley Junior Varsity Pioneers went back into the lead after B Goshorn drew a walk, scoring one run, Haddad singled, scoring two runs, an error scored one run, and Jansen doubled, scoring two runs.

Oak Park Varsity Eagles fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 12-0 loss to Simi Valley Pioneers on Friday. Simi Valley Pioneers scored on a single by Walgren in the first inning, a walk by Yamamoto in the first inning, a double by Herron in the first inning, a single by Walgren in the second inning, a groundout by Pina in the second inning, and a error in the second inning.

The Oak Park Varsity Eagles struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Simi Valley Pioneers, giving up 12 runs.

In the first inning, Simi Valley Pioneers got their offense started when Walgren singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

A double by Landon Holmes in the second inning was a positive for Oak Park Varsity Eagles.

Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles Loses Lead Early in Defeat

Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles fell behind early and couldn’t come back in an 8-4 loss to Simi Valley on Thursday. Simi Valley scored on a triple by Aiden Blake, a single by Jacob Campbell, and an error in the first inning.

Simi Valley fired up the offense in the first inning, when Blake tripled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.

Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles notched three runs in the seventh inning. The offensive onslaught by Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles was led by Sonny De La Torre and Andrew Rosen, all knocking in runs in the inning.

Gabriel Bond pitched Simi Valley to victory. The bulldog surrendered zero runs on one hit over two innings, striking out one and walking zero. #38, Lucca De Biasse, and Ryan Giardino all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.

Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 19-2 loss to Simi Valley on Tuesday. Simi Valley scored on a single by Carchi, a double by Jacob Campbell, an error, a double by Collin Yamamoto, and a single by Hector Pina in the first inning.

The Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Simi Valley, giving up 19 runs.
