Three Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles Pitchers Rally Together to Shutout Viewpoint
Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles defeated Viewpoint 4-0 on Friday as three pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Ian Schack struck out Meir to finish off the game.
In the first inning, Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles got their offense started when Brode Gann singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles tallied three runs in the second inning. Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles’s offense in the inning came from a single by Gavin Manzo, a sac fly by Abhinav Chinnam, and by Ryan Ulmen.
