Early Lead for Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles Sets Stage for Victory Over St. Joseph
Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles jumped out to an early lead over St. Joseph and took home a 5-2 victory on Tuesday. Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles scored on a walk by Landon Holmes in the first inning, a walk by Aiden Cass in the first inning, and a double by Ryan Ulmen in the second inning.
Gavin Manzo got the win for Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles. The hurler lasted six innings, allowing four hits and one run while striking out three and walking zero. Nico De La Torre threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.
