Simi Valley Varsity Pioneers got on the board in the top of the third inning after Landen Adair singled, scoring two runs, Evan Rodriguez doubled, scoring one run, Roan Schmidt singled, scoring two runs, Ryan Ulmen doubled, scoring one run, and Collin Yamamoto singled, scoring one run.
Kyle Casey earned the win for Simi Valley Varsity Pioneers. The starting pitcher gave up zero hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out six and walking one.
