Despite a 5-run deficit in the fourth inning, Oak Park Varsity Eagles almost came all the way back, eventually falling 5-3 to La Canada Varsity Spartans on Tuesday. Oak Park Varsity Eagles closed the gap by scoring on a fielder’s choice and a single.
