Oak Park Varsity Eagles Loses Lead Early in Defeat
Oak Park Varsity Eagles fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 12-0 loss to Simi Valley Pioneers on Friday. Simi Valley Pioneers scored on a single by Walgren in the first inning, a walk by Yamamoto in the first inning, a double by Herron in the first inning, a single by Walgren in the second inning, a groundout by Pina in the second inning, and a error in the second inning.
The Oak Park Varsity Eagles struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Simi Valley Pioneers, giving up 12 runs.
