Early Lead For Oxnard Seals Fate For Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles
Oak Park Junior Varsity Eagles fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 7-4 loss to Oxnard on Wednesday. Oxnard took the lead on a groundout in the first inning.
In the first inning, Oxnard got their offense started when Isaiah Alcantar grounded out, scoring one run.
Oxnard scored three runs in the third inning. The big inning for Oxnard came thanks to a walk by Max Garcia and an error on a ball put in play by Gavin Marin.
